Sports Facilities

The Parish Council have received a grant to build a Multi-use-games- area at the Village Hall sportsfield.

The plan is for a 30m x 15m, fenced area to be created, with an all-weather surfacing.  Within the area, it is proposed that there would be 2 open goals, and line markings for netball, tennis, football, basketball and with football 'shooting wall' targets and cricket stumps.

The area to be used, lies within a currently unused area of the playing field just beyond the overflow carpark, and therefore would not encroach on any of the facilities already existing.

We seek all and any opinions on the project to ensure the views of South Kilworth residents are fully taken into account before we start building.
